Job Summary:
The Fundraising Executive will be responsible for developing and executing targeted fundraising
strategies across schools, individual donors, corporates, and trusts, with a
focus on the Student Action for Value Education (SAVE) program. This is a target-driven
role involving field travel, donor relationship management, and event
management to meet acquisition and retention goals, aligned with HelpAge
India’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationship
with school principals, corporates, and individual donors, securing new
donations, renewals and upgrades.
- Contribute to fundraising
strategies for diverse donor segments, with a special emphasis on the SAVE
program in schools.
- Research and generate
leads for corporate partnerships and local funding opportunities.
- Maintain and regularly
update donor database for effective engagement and reporting.
- Promote digital
fundraising platforms and engagement tools particularly within school networks.
- Plan and support the
execution of donor visits and engagement activities, including schools events,
quizzes. competitions and corporate meetings
- Collect donor
feedback, analyze trends and prepare periodic reports to improve
fundraising outcomes.
- Expand the donor
network and collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational
goals.
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Graduate in any
discipline, preferably with a management diploma/degree.
- 1-3 years’ relevant work
experience in fundraising., donor relations; sales/marketing
- Freshers with a passion
for social impact and elderly care are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS
Office and digital tools.
- Good presentation and
public speaking skills.
- Understanding of social
marketing approaches and donor engagement strategies
