Position: Fundraising & Partnership Manager (Part-time, 20 hrs/week)

Requirements: Bachelor's degree + 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or project management.
Key Skills: Donor relations, partnership development, CRM tools, Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp, stakeholder engagement.
Travel: Ethiopia twice per year.
