FUNERAL ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONS CREW
Pay Range: $2k - $2.8k (not inclusive of Variable Bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Assist in the collection and transportation of the deceased from hospitals, mortuaries, and other designated locations.
- Set up and prepare funeral wake venues, including equipment, furnishings, and ceremonial arrangements.
- Support the team in en-coffin procedures and funeral send-off processions.
- Assist with post-cremation services, including the collection of ashes and coordination of ash placement at temples, columbaria, sea burials, and other designated locations.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and Malaysians are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and operational duties that may involve heavy lifting and setting up equipment.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, late nights, and early mornings when required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to emcee funeral services and ceremonies is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and able to interact respectfully with bereaved families.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
