About Us
B+W Builders is a Singapore construction and interior fit-out company. Through our in-house woodworking workshop, we design, fabricate and install custom carpentry for residential, commercial and institutional projects. We are looking for a skilled Furniture Carpenter to join our workshop and site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings, and fabricate built-in and loose furniture (cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, shelving, counters, doors and panels) to specification
• Operate workshop machinery safely, including the panel saw, edge bander, drilling and routing equipment, and hand and power tools
• Measure, cut, assemble and finish laminate, veneer, plywood, MDF and solid wood components
• Install carpentry works on site, including levelling, alignment, hardware fitting and final adjustments
• Do touch-ups, rectifications and defect works to meet quality standards and handover requirements
• Keep the workshop tidy and look after tools and machinery
• Follow WSH requirements and company safety procedures in the workshop and on site
• Work with the project team, supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in furniture or custom carpentry fabrication and installation
• Able to read and work from shop drawings and measurements
• Good finishing quality and attention to detail
• Experience with workshop machinery and power tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work at different project sites across Singapore
• Relevant WSH course / BCSS, or willingness to attend if not yet certified
• Basic English communication skills
