Furniture Design Consultant

Location: UBI
Weekly Working Days: 5 Days
Working Timing: 11am-8pm
Salary: Basic + commission

Key Responsibilities:

● Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, and establish

rapport to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide a personalized shopping

experience by actively listening and offering tailored solutions.

● Design Consultation: Offer professional design advice to customers, helping them select

furniture that complements their existing décor or achieves a specific aesthetic. Assist with

space planning, color coordination, and style choices to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all furniture products, including

materials, construction, and features. Clearly communicate the benefits and unique selling

points of each item to customers.

● Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process,

from initial inquiry to final purchase. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and

professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

● Visual Merchandising: Assist with the arrangement and presentation of furniture and

accessories on the sales floor. Ensure that displays are visually appealing and reflect current

design trends.

● Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new

products, design trends. Continuously develop your skills to enhance your effectiveness as a

sales associate and design advisor.
