Furniture Design & Customer Experience Executive (Greater Noida) Company: OPAA HOMES Job Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 0 - 1 years Salary: 1,44,000 - 2,40,000 per year Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements, preferences, budgets, and furniture needs. Suggest suitable sofa, bed, chair, recliner, and other furniture designs. Assist customers with fabric, colour, material, and finishing selections. Present furniture designs, catalogues, samples, and product options to customers. Coordinate with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, design approvals, and orders. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on order progress and delivery. Coordinate showroom visits and provide a qualified customer experience. Support sales activities and work towards customer satisfaction and sales targets. Ensure proper communication between customers and internal teams to avoid errors or misunderstandings. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may also be considered. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in furniture, interiors, colours, fabrics, and product styling. Basic knowledge of furniture designs, materials, and finishes. Good customer-handling, follow-up, and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software. Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and tasks efficiently. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. Preferred Experience 0-1 years of experience in furniture sales, interior design, customer experience, showroom sales, or a similar role. Experience in a furniture showroom, interior design studio, or home furnishing brand will be an advantage. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
