Furniture Production Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Monitor and follow up on cutting list requests and ensure accurate execution.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings and guide the production team accordingly.
3. Oversee workflow from the initial manufacturing stage through final delivery, ensuring high precision during the product manufacturing phase.
4. Track updates and monitor installation phases at external project sites to ensure smooth and quality execution.
5. Review dimensions, specifications, and maintain strict quality standards for all furniture pieces.
6. Ensure strict adherence to project delivery deadlines and manage time effectively under pressure.

Skills

Requirements & Skills:

• Holds a degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in an industrial or management field.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the woodworking and furniture manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• High attention to detail, quality control, and on-site follow-up.
• For residents: Valid Iqama eligible for transfer.
