Overview
Empire & Co. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Furniture Sales Coordinator to join our Tampa team. This hybrid role will support Account Managers and play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial client engagement through installation.
The position requires working three days per week in our Tampa office, with the remaining days offering flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with client communication and day-to-day project and account needs.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations.
- Coordinate internally with Design, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track orders, timelines, and project milestones from order placement through installation.
- Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to confirm product specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems accordingly.
- Assist with scheduling client meetings, site visits, and installations.
- Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Support Account Managers with ongoing client relationships and account needs.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and client expectations are met.
