Furniture Service Technician (Road Tech)

The Furniture Service Technician is responsible for providing professional on-site furniture service, repair, inspection, assembly, and warranty support at customer homes and commercial locations. This position requires travel within an assigned service area to diagnose and resolve furniture issues while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

The Furniture Service Technician is responsible to diagnose and perform warranty and non-warranty repairs involving wood furniture, upholstery, leather, fabric, motion furniture, recliners, and case goods. The Furniture Service Technician be able to communicate professionally with customers regarding repair procedures, product care, and service expectations. The successful candidate will represent the company professionally and provide outstanding customer service during every visit.
