Further Process Operator - 1st shift

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Further Process Operator at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio (Mercer County).

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $17.90-$21.45/hour
• Potential increase at 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 6:00am-2:30pm

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and USDA regulations
• Monitor production processes to maintain food safety and quality standards
• Conduct daily inspections and worked with USDA inspectors
• Train employees on equipment operation and safety procedures
• Assist with HACCP, SQF, and production documentation
• Investigate food safety and quality issues and help implement solutions

What We're Looking For

• Must be a least 18 years old with a high school diploma
• Must have organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• 2 years experience in further process/pasteurization preferred
