Evaluate AI-Enabled Capabilities Against Mission and Operational Requirements
DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a Senior SIGINT Fusion Analyst with experience in COMINT, PROFORMA, and FISINT disciplines. This role requires advanced analysis skills beyond the operator level with working knowledge of the internal signal characteristics.

- Serve as a senior mission and technical analyst supporting AI-enabled capability development and evaluation.
- Guide data scientist, integration engineers, and software development engineers through mission requirements and technical analysis process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders throughout the tool development lifecycle
- Evaluate developed capabilities against mission objectives, operational requirements, user needs, and Government-defined performance expectations
- Lead technical assessments, RF waveform analysis, operational data analysis, AI/ML model performance evaluations, and verification and validation activities
- Translate complex mission needs into actionable technical requirements, use cases, test criteria, and recommendations
- Support design reviews, demonstrations, customer technical exchanges, and operational transition activities
Required Experience
- Senior-level mission and technical analysis experience within the Fusion, Proforma, and COMINT specialties.
- Graduate of the National Cryptologic University SIGC Signals Analyst courses and/or SIGP PROFORMA Analysis Courses
- Advanced analysis skills beyond the operator level with working knowledge of the internal signal characteristics
- Experience conducting technical assessments and operational data analysis
- Experience analyzing RF waveform characteristics, sensor outputs, and operational data
- Experience developing performance metrics, technical reports, documentation, and test reports
- Experience translating complex mission needs into actionable technical requirements, use cases, test criteria, and recommendations
- Experience guiding data scientist, integration engineers, or software development engineers through mission requirements and technical analysis process
- Experience supporting design reviews, demonstrations, customer technical exchanges, customer engagements, and operational transition activities
What You Need:
- Experience: Ten (10) years of related professional experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Required
Salary Range: $155,000.00 - $165,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
Note: The above salary range is a guideline and represents a broad spectrum of potential compensation. We recognize that a candidate's unique experience and qualifications may justify compensation beyond this range. Therefore, we remain open to considering higher salary offers for exceptionally qualified candidates.
