About the Role
Are you passionate about helping people with diabetes live healthier lives? MiniMed is seeking driven sales professionals to promote innovative diabetes technologies, including insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring solutions. In this field-based role, you will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, educate clinicians and patients, drive territory growth, and expand access to life-changing therapies.We're interested in connecting with candidates who have a proven track record in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sales, along with strong clinical credibility, strategic territory management skills, and a passion for making a difference in patient care.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Successful sales experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to effectively educate healthcare professionals on clinical products and solutions

MiniMed is building a strong pipeline of sales talent for future Territory Manager opportunities within the United States. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's Diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including physicians, clinicians, specialists, diabetes educators, health service stakeholders and other non-clinical buyers.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Diabetes products and/or services.
- Promotes and establishes physician and account education of the company's products and/or services.
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience
Nice to Have
Field sales experience highly preferred.
Prior medical device, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred.
Experience using Salesforce
Prior inside sales or field clinical experience with MiniMed.
Previous sales award recipient due to strong sales performance (i.e. President’s Club, Rookie of the Year).
Strong data analysis, evaluation and problem solving skills.
Field Roles: Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application. Must be able to drive approximately 100% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
