As a Future Talent – Processing Sales Analyst, you will embark on a learning journey to understand how Tetra Pak’s processing solutions create value for customers in the food and beverage industry. You will develop commercial and technical knowledge across our portfolio, including dairy, beverages, prepared foods, and plant-based products, with a specific focus on the Southern Cone market. Through collaboration with sales, engineering, and marketing teams, you will learn how to identify customer needs, build tailored proposals, and support strategic decision-making. This experience will prepare you to contribute to business growth by connecting customer challenges with innovative processing technologies that deliver safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
The program starts on February, 2027.
The position will be based in Santiago, Chile.
Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position.

What you will do
As a Future Talent - Processing Sales Analyst, you will:
- Drive up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak's New Sales and Services portfolio within customers and ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, meeting competitive requirements and delivering a strong value proposition;
- Support and guide the project engineering group and coordinate cross functional activities;
- Prepare, deliver and follow up on quotations to customer expectations;
- Drive mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales and existing customers by driving across-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long-term business opportunities;
- Reach out to, define needs, and qualify opportunities with existing and new accounts. You will establish strategies and lead the implementation of the action plans towards strategic Tetra Pak accounts;
- Drive improved understanding of customers’ overall business;
- Develop and drive the execution of sales plans aligned to Tetra Pak’s and the customers’ business objectives;
- Record and follow up on opportunities in a timely fashion;
- Help guide team members regarding liquid food and dairy processing to secure that they match customer needs.
We believe you have
- Talented recent graduation on any of the Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Passion for excellence;
- Customer centricity;
- Interest in taking your career to the next level;
- Finished or will finish your studies between December 2024 and December 2026;
- Availability to travel the percentage required;
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to establish fluent conversations in English (Advanced Level);
- Collaboration on academic projects or business practices is desirable;
