Future Talent - Production Engineer
Job Summary
Our Future Talent Programme (Leadership Track) is a 1.5-year program that will develop your leadership skills and broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak, gain valuable & exciting experience from a network of colleagues worldwide, and be given the opportunity to develop into the company’s “tomorrow” leadership.
Production engineer will close work with production process team members and shopfloor employees (operators), build strong problem-solving skills and people management skills, continue drive the improvement to achieve the factory KPIs target.
Work Location: Beijing
What you will do
- Deep study and understand the factory operational department and working mode
- Working with shopfloor people (operators), support management team to achieve factory KPIs target
- Working together with process team members to delivery training and management to shopfloor people (operators)
- Continue improving production equipment efficient and process performance based on World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology
- Quickly response to production issue, include products quality, machine efficiency ect, leading the issue analysis and implement corrective actions
- Participating factory WCM daily activities and related projects management.
We believe you have
- Fresh graduates of bachelor's or master's degree, or new employees who have worked for less than one year
- Good English skills, and proficient in computer office software. Examples: Python, Power BI, Power app, passionate in AI, Digitalization
- Innovative thinking and fast learning skills
- Willing to study and solve problems, able to self-motivate and pursue goals
- Background & passionate working environment: industrials, manufacturing production
- Passionate in working and collaborating with operators, across departments, team collaboration
- Preferred background of industrial, production, manufacturing, engineering
