At Tetra Pak, we believe in growing talent from the ground up. As an entry-level Future Talent – Service Engineer Trainee, you’ll begin your journey by learning the fundamentals of maintenance and service in a hands-on, supportive environment as part of a program designed for 24 months.
As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, you’ll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. What you will do
- Travel to customer sites to:
- Actively learn through on-the-job and classroom training to execute all duties and responsibilities to perform as a Maintenance Engineer
- Assist with preventive maintenance activities and on-the-job training
- Execute customer requests and manage spare parts for customers’ equipment
- Support operators during production to ensure smooth line operation
- Participate in installation events
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree or technical high school in Mechatronic Engineering, and/or Electromechanical or Electrical Electronical Engineering, and Automation engineering graduated in 2025 or 2026
- No experience is required
- A growth mindset, indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) is preferrable, and native Turkish language
- A proactive, safety-first approach
- Driving license
