【G】SMT OPM Lead（營運 / 專案管理主管） （越南_河內）

工作內容
1. 負責產品全生命週期管理，掌控專案時程、進度、品質與成本，確保產品如期量產
與交付
2. 主導專案整體規劃與執行，包含專案里程碑（Milestone）制定、風險控管及資源
調配
3. 對接內部設備、製程、品質、採購與RD部門，統籌產品導入（NPI）及量產推進
4. 擔任客戶主要窗口，負責專案溝通、需求管理與問題協調，維持良好客戶關係
5. 監控量產後營運表現（良率、交期、成本），持續推動製程改善與效率提升
6. 建立並優化專案管理流程與報告機制，確保專案透明度與執行效率
7. 主導跨部門問題解決，針對重大異常（品質/交付/供應鏈）快速制定對策並推動落
地
8. 分析市場需求、競品動態與應用趨勢，支援產品策略與營運決策

Responsibilities
1. Oversee the full product lifecycle, managing project schedule, progress, quality, and
cost to ensure on-time mass production and delivery
2. Lead overall project planning and execution, including milestone definition, risk
management, and resource allocation
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Equipment, Process, Quality, Procurement, and
R&D) to drive NPI and mass production ramp-up
4. Serve as the primary customer interface, managing communication, requirements,
and issue resolution to maintain strong relationships
5. Monitor post-ramp operational performance (yield, delivery, cost) and continuously
drive process improvement and efficiency
6. Establish and optimize project management processes and reporting systems to
ensure transparency and execution efficiency
7. Lead cross-functional issue resolution and drive timely corrective actions for major
issues (quality, delivery, supply chain)
8. Analyze market demand, competitor activities, and application trends to support
product strategy and business decisions
