【G】SMT TPM Lead（製程/技術專案管理主管)(越南_河內)

工作內容
1. 負責SMT製程技術管理與優化，確保生產品質與效率
2. 主導DFM（Design for Manufacturing）評估，提升產品可製造性
3. 規劃並執行失效分析（FA），追蹤並改善產品品質問題
4. 負責新產品導入（NPI）及量產階段（Sustaining）之技術支持
5. 跨部門協作（RD / PE / QA等），推動專案順利導入與量產
6. 建立與優化製程相關標準作業流程（SOP）與技術文件
7. 針對製程異常提供即時分析及改善對策

• Lead SMT process engineering management and optimization to ensure product

quality and manufacturing efficiency

• Drive DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews to enhance manufacturability
• Plan and conduct Failure Analysis (FA) to identify root causes and implement

corrective actions

• Provide technical support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining

programs

• Collaborate cross-functionally (RD / PE / QA, etc.) to ensure smooth project ramp

up and mass production

• Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical

documentation

• Perform real-time analysis of process issues and implement improvement actions
