Ixilix is a technology-driven company that builds high-quality solutions and long-term partnerships. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Game Designer.

In this role, you will join our team to help create engaging and visually appealing slot games. You will focus on developing visual concepts, shaping game features, and improving the look and feel of both new and existing games.

Responsibilities

• Create new skins and thematic variations for existing games.
• Work with predefined mechanics, adapting them into new themes and visual styles.
• Prepare design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with producers, artists, animators, developers, and mathematicians.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer or Game Producer in iGaming / Slot Games is must.
• Strong understanding of slot game structure: base game, bonus rounds, features, symbols.
• Experience developing visual concepts for slot games (themes, setting, style, overall mood).
• Good knowledge of the gambling industry: Products, Competitors, Markets.
• Experience in writing design documentation, technical specifications, requirements.
• Experience in evaluating and balancing slot’s mathematical models.
• Experience describing game features and mechanics in a clear and structured way for development teams.
• English - B1+ level.

Nice to have

• Experience adapting visual styles for different markets and target audiences.
• Participation in the creation of reskins or themed game lines.
• Skills in Figma, Photoshop.
• Slots player.

• Creativity and a strong sense of visual style.
• Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset in suggesting improvements.

Work conditions

• Remote work from EU
• Flexible 8-hour workday, typically between 9:00 - 18:00 CET
• Five working days, Monday to Friday
