Game Providers : Account Manager and Operations

We’re looking for a Game Provider Account Manager to own and grow our relationships with game providers. You’ll lead content planning and promotions, support commercial discussions, track performance and KPIs, and work hands-on with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end relationships with assigned game providers and act as their main point of contact.
- Lead planning and coordination with providers on content roadmaps, promotions, and joint initiatives.
- Manage and support commercial discussions, including deal terms, ongoing optimizations, and partnership performance.
- Monitor and analyze provider and game performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present data-driven performance reviews and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Monetization, Content Operations, BI, and Technical teams) to ensure successful execution of planned initiatives.
- Track key KPIs related to provider performance, engagement, and revenue contribution.
- Proactively identify underperforming content or opportunities for improvement and work with providers to optimize results.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with the game providers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the gaming industry – mandatory.
- Proven experience in account management, partnerships, or commercial roles – advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience working directly with external partners or providers.
- Native or very high-level English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
