Provide direct supervision of Table Games operations and oversight of Slot operations during the assigned shift.
Ensure all gaming activities are conducted in accordance with internal controls, departmental policies, and Tribal Gaming Commission regulations.
Initiate and authorize table fills, credits, and slot jackpot payments in accordance with established procedures.
Count, verify, and balance table inventories and ensure accuracy of gaming transactions and accounting records.
Maintain accurate documentation for gaming activity, Title 31 requirements, customer disputes, and audit requests.
Comply with all casino policy and procedures, MICs, Gaming Rules and Regulations and Title 31 requirements.
Resolve player disputes and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Evaluate the performance of Floor Supervisors, Dealers, Dual-Rates, and other assigned team members.
Coach, guide, and mentor team members to improve performance, service standards, and operational efficiency.
Conduct performance evaluations and issue disciplinary documentation when necessary.
Assist in developing and maintaining Table Games policies, procedures, and training programs, including Dealer School.
Maintain proper control and accountability for gaming keys, bill validator access, and other sensitive gaming assets.
Facilitate daily slot operations including guest service functions such as exchanging currency and redeeming payout tickets when necessary.
Promote a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests and team members.
Maintain open communication with other departments to ensure efficient casino operations.
Provide excellent guest service and maintain a visible, professional presence on the casino floor.
Maintain knowledge of Players Club benefits, property amenities, and marketing programs.
Record daily shift occurrences, operational reports, and inform the Director of Table Games of any irregularities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Working Conditions & Environment:
Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to maintain focus in a fast-paced casino environment.
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
Must remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Level of Authority & Restrictions:
Manage gaming floor operations for Table Games and Slots during assigned shift.
Authorize slot jackpots and table game fills/credits according to departmental procedures.
Issue team member discipline, evaluations, and timekeeping documentation.
Access to surveillance when operationally necessary.
Responsible for safeguarding gaming keys and sensitive gaming assets.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Table Games operations or management.
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a casino environment.
- Knowledge of Table Games operations, rules, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Slot operations and slot accounting systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced gaming environment.
- Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
- Must receive and maintain a valid High Security Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
- Must adhere to confidentiality policies.
- Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.
