[高雄] BMS Engineer (機電工程管理系統工程師)

此職務需求為高雄富邦人壽凹子底捷運站旁開發案
(Samsung C&T Corporation-宏昇營造公司 JV)

1. Reviews the performance of the equipment through all applicable steps and
stages
透過所有適用步驟和階段審查設備效能
2. Provides field assessment on conformance and testing with operating manuals
根據操作手册對合規性和測試進行現場評估
3. Responsible for answering any questions that might arise
負責回答可能出現的任何問題
4. Responsible for preparing equipment status reports
負責準備設備狀況報告
5. Develops check lists and following up with service manufacturers
製定檢查清單並跟進服務製造商所需提供之服務
6. Coordination of BCS installations with other trades such as structure, architecture
and other M&E work(Electrical, Vertical transportation work, Plumbing & Sanitary,
ACMV work & Authorities Approval Coordination for TOC )
7. Liaison with the local authority(where appropriate to the project) to ensure
compliance with local codes
與機電有關之政府機關聯絡（與本專案相關），以確保符合當地規範
8. Supervision of sub-contractor’s works in accordance to specifications and
demands of projects
根據項目規範和要求監督分包商的工程
9. Lead, manage, and mentor sub-contractor’s engineers in the technical aspects
of projects
領導、管理和指導分包商
10. Ensure timeliness and cost-effectiveness on M&E works
確保M&E工程的及時性和成本效益
11. Monitor Sub-Contactors’ daily and weekly progress performance (labor status,
work area, work done etc.) and make report for reviewing and further planning
監控分包商的每日和每週進度表現(勞動狀態、工作區域、完成的工作等)。)並作出報
告以供審查和進一步規劃
12. Oversee M&E related issues and stand assist project requirements
監督M&E相關問題並協助專案需求
13. Managing the project documentation which includes shop drawings, material
submittals, bills certification, measurements, as built drawings and O&M manuals
管理項目文件，包括施工圖、材料提交、賬單認証、測量、竣工圖和O&M手冊
14. Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specification
確保使用的所有材料和執行的工作符合規範
15. Find out cost-effective solutions and make proposals for the project
找出具有成本效益的解決方案，並爲項目提出建議
16. Weekly project progress meeting with contractor to discuss schedule and status
of outstanding issues
每週與承包商召開項目進度會議，討論未決問題的進度和狀態
17. Handling Client & Consultants regarding all the activities of project and ensuring
timely approval of drawings, quality & plans
處理客戶和顧問關於項目的所有活動，確保及時批準圖紙、質量和計劃
18. Understanding & executing LEED relevant work at the site
理解並在現場執行LEED相關工作
