[高雄] Contract Manager (合約經理)

此職務需求為高雄富邦人壽凹子底捷運站旁開發案
(Samsung C&T Corporation-宏昇營造公司 JV)

1.Interface with engineering team, project control team and subcontractor at the site
regarding contract issue.
與現場、工務組和下包商溝通協調合約方面問題。
2.Perform all facets of post award contract management.
合約方面執行管理。
3.Administer changes to contracts, including claims resolution.
管理合約變更，包括索賠解決。
4.Interface with internal and external management with respect to project
contracting activities.
與項目承包活動方面的內部和外部管理層進行溝通。
5.Project extension contract related.
工期展延合約相關作業。
