【高雄南廠】 產線領班 (固定晚班 / 做二休二 / LMC)

The Role

• Be responsible for implementing daily production plan during shift once startup
• 執行日常生產計劃。
• Be responsible for direct labor management and training
• 直接人員管理與訓練。

In this role you will

• Report EHS concern & Incident to supervisor immediately
• 即時向主管報告環安衛問題和事件。
• Report critical quality & production equipment issues to supervisor immediately
• 即時向主管報告關鍵品質與生產設備問題。
• Perform daily check on the EHS, materials, equipment and teammate for correction when needed
• 對環安衛、材料、設備和人員進行日常檢查，並在發現問題時能進行改善。
• Ensure operators receive well trainings and be able to demonstrate qualified skills on fields
• 確保作業員接受良好的訓練，並在生產時具備認證合格的技能。
• Take care team’s morale, and ensure safe working and high productivity
• 關注團隊的士氣，確保安全工作和高生產率。
• Ensure properly material and order management in-place
• 確保正確的材料和訂單生產管理。
• Execute shift change with production status such as: EHS, order, process, quality, and equipment etc.
• 配合生產狀態執行班次變更，如環安衛、訂單、製程、品質與設備等。
• Make sure production implement properly such as: 5S, CI, SOP, EHS requirement etc.
• 確保生產流程合規且正確執行，例如：5S，持續改善，標準操作規範，環安衛要求等。
• Any assignment (job relative) from supervisor

執行主管指派工作相關任務。

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

• >3-yr production leader experiences in plants are preferred
• 有3年以上工廠生產領班經驗者優先。
• Experiences on production daily shift management
• 生產輪班人員管理經驗。
• Experiences on 5S implementation on field
• 5S現場執行經驗。
• Operational knowledge of 5S, EHS, Lean mfg, quality etc
• 5S、環安衛、精實生產與品質等生產管理知識。
• Fixed Shift
• 固定夜班。
• Sound knowledge of HMI using on field
• 熟悉現場人機介面操作。
• College degree related
• 專科學歷以上。
• Basic in English for reading, and writing
• 基本英文閱讀與書寫能力。
• Proper capability on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

具MS office使用能力。
