Job Summary
You will take body measurements, coordinate fittings, and manage tailoring alterations to ensure product accuracy. You will also handle order checking, quality control, inventory monitoring, and purchasing to support smooth production and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate body measurements to support tailoring and alteration processes
- Perform alteration and tailoring tasks to meet customer specifications
- Visit customers’ premises as needed to provide fitting and measurement services
- Coordinate fitting and measurement exercises to ensure proper garment fit
- Check customer orders and submit accurate order details to the merchandising team
- Conduct quality control inspections on goods before delivery arrangements
- Collaborate with storekeepers to sort and pack goods when required
- Arrange and coordinate production activities to ensure product accuracy and timely completion
- Monitor inventory levels of fabrics and stocks to maintain adequate supply
- Purchase fabrics, trims, and accessories to support production needs
- Prepare and arrange labels, chips, and fabrics for suppliers to facilitate production
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and operational goals
