Garment Technologist - Kidswear
- Develop and approve tech packs and spec sheets in collaboration with design and buying teams.
- Conduct and manage fit sessions, ensuring garments meet fit and measurement standards.
- Provide clear feedback on samples to vendors regarding construction, finishing, and fit improvements.
- Ensure garments comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., AQL, REACH, CPSIA).
- Collaborate with suppliers and factories to troubleshoot production issues and ensure feasibility.
- Review and approve fabric tests, lab reports, and wash care labels.
- Work with the QA team to define inspection criteria and monitor bulk production quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sample comments, approvals, and development timelines.
- Participate in vendor evaluations and capability assessments as needed.
