Gas Turbine Technical Specialist (Engineering & Procurement)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Gas Turbine Engineering Manager to support gas turbine procurement, commissioning, and quality control activities. This role reports to our Chief Operations Officer.
What you get to do:
- Provide technical support for the procurement of gas turbines and associated equipment
- Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, and performance verification activities
- Conduct quality inspections and technical assessments of gas turbines and related components
- Communicate with factory engineers, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Prepare technical reports and inspection findings
- Identify opportunities for technical and quality improvements and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during manufacturing, testing, and commissioning
- Domestic and international travel may be required

What you bring to the role:
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with gas turbines (mandatory)
- Strong professional experience in mechanical engineering, power generation, or related fields
- Business-level English proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively with manufacturers, suppliers, and project teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with GE gas turbines
- Experience in procurement, factory acceptance testing, commissioning, quality control, or maintenance
- Experience with power generation projects and gas turbine package equipment
- Familiarity with international quality standards and inspection practices

Requirements
Required Qualifications
