GB202 財務部-財務副理

1. 負責公司資金規劃、現金流預測及資金調度，確保資金運用效率及流動性
2. 負責銀行授信及融資規劃，包括融資額度申請、續約、融資條件評估與金融機構關係維護
3. 評估銀行借款、公司債、增資及其他籌資方式，分析資金成本、資本結構及財務影響
4. 建置及維護 Financial Model，進行財務預測、情境分析及重大投資／資本支出之財務評
估，提供管理階層決策建議
5. 管理利率、匯率、流動性及融資相關風險，並追蹤重要財務指標及 Financial Covenants
6. 負責財務團隊之工作分配、進度管理及人員培育，確保各項財務工作及專案有效執行

1. Responsible for the company’s funding planning, cash flow forecasting, and cash
management to ensure efficient utilization and adequate liquidity.
2. Manage banking facilities and financing activities, including credit facility
applications, renewals, evaluation of financing terms, and maintaining
relationships with financial institutions.
3. Evaluate various financing options, including bank loans, corporate bonds, capital
increases, and other funding methods, with analysis of funding costs, capital
structure, and financial implications.
4.Develop and maintain financial models for financial forecasting, scenario analysis,
and financial evaluation of major investments and capital expenditures, providing
recommendations to management for decision-making.
5.Manage financial risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange, liquidity, and
financing, and monitor key financial indicators and financial covenants.
6.Lead the finance team in work allocation, progress management, and staff
development, ensuring the effective execution of financial activities and projects.
