Summary
DevOps engineer placed via Verita HR at one of the world's largest banks, based in Kraków (hybrid, 6 office days/month, B2B). Day to day: building and automating cloud services on GCP with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, cloud networking (VPC/XPN), and IAM/security tooling, coding in at least one of Python, Go, Java, etc.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and related tools
- Experience configuring SDN in the cloud (VPC, XPN) and an understanding of physical networks (subnetting, NAT, routing)
- Knowledge of security and compliance: IAM (ADFS, OAuth), auditing and monitoring tools
- Very good skills in at least one language: Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Groovy or Scala
- Experience in full automation and configuration management
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences
- Comfort working with application teams and global IT teams in an agile environment
- Understanding of risk management and experience working in a regulated environment
