Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, etc.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Proficient in scripting and automation with languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.
- Expertise in cloud monitoring and logging tools.
- In-depth knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and configuration within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, encryption, and incident response.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Kanban and Scrum.
- Hands-on operational experience in supporting cloud environments.
- Must hold at least one cloud certification (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer).
Desirable Skills:
- Cloud Architect or Developer certification (preferably GCP).
- Experience with microservices architecture and container-based systems like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
- Certifications in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven experience in cloud cost optimization and governance strategies.
