  • Docker: Experience in containerization, image management, and container lifecycle operations.
  • Terraform: Experience with Infrastructure as Code for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
  • CI/CD: Knowledge of automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Cloud Build.
  • Networking: Understanding of VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, routing, load balancers, DNS, and private connectivity.
  • Security: Knowledge of IAM, service accounts, Workload Identity, Secret Manager, and Kubernetes security best practices.
  • Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, dashboards, alerts, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Scripting: Basic to intermediate scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative source code management.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
  • Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio.
  • Understanding of serverless services such as Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
  • Knowledge of cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or other monitoring solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automated security scanning.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native application deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant Google Cloud certifications, such as Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, are preferred.

Experience

  • 4–8 years of overall experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
