GCP DevOps Engineer

Compensation: ₹25L – ₹45L

Job Title: GCP DevOps Engineer / Sr GCP Devops Engineer Experience: 6-12 Years

Work Mode: Remote Job Summary We are looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Engineer with 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and SRE practices. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and modern DevOps tools. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. • Manage GCP services including Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Spanner. • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes. • Work with Kubernetes Operators and Istio Service Mesh. • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform Cloud. • Create and manage Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments. • Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus and Alertmanager. • Manage GitOps-based deployments using Argo CD. • Implement SRE practices focused on reliability, availability, scalability, and performance. • Automate configuration and deployment processes using Ansible. • Manage Docker-based application environments. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. • Work with PostgreSQL databases and support cloud-based application infrastructure. Required Skills • 6+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Google Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Spanner. • Kubernetes and Kubernetes Operators. • Istio Service Mesh. • Terraform Cloud and Infrastructure as Code. • Helm Charts. • Prometheus and Alertmanager. • Argo CD / GitOps. • SRE practices and cloud reliability engineering. • Ansible, Docker, and Jenkins. • PostgreSQL. • Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills.
