As a GCP Full Stack Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and developing teams, managing client service accounts, and driving client engagement workstreams. You will use strategic planning and mentoring to inspire your teams, navigate ambiguity, and uphold PwC’s quality standards while contributing to the firm's broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Guiding teams in the design, coding, and testing of applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to enhance software quality
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and microservices to improve business performance
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software integrity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions
- Promoting the use of modern application frameworks and platforms like React Native and Flutter
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development
- Validating software project plans and timelines to prevent delays and capture risks early

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
