GCP Production Support Engineer

You will work closely with development teams to implement best practices for cloud operations and support the deployment of new applications and services. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor GCP environments for performance and availability, responding to alerts and incidents as they arise. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to GCP services, ensuring quick recovery and minimal impact on users. - Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability in the cloud. - Document processes, incidents, and resolutions to improve knowledge sharing within the team. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
