GELATO SHOP SUPERVISOR

Bello Ice is a Mediterranean gelato store offering premium products and exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the team and maintain high standards of service. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and understands the importance of delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

The Role

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Serving gelato to customers
• Leading, training and supporting the team
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality
• Monitoring inventory, stock levels and product availability
• Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and compliance with food safety standards
• Managing staff schedules and supporting daily operational planning
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally

We are looking for someone who is:

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Confident in leading a team and making decisions
• Professional and committed to high service standards
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Composed and efficient during busy periods
• Experienced in F&B or hospitality; experience in a supervisory role is a strong advantage

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher
• Food safety certificate
• Shift work (including weekends & Public Holidays)
• F&B or hospitality experience is a strong plus
