Gen AI Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy intelligent applications powered by LLMs, integrating structured and unstructured data sources to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RAG-based applications integrating LLMs with enterprise data sources
• Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems for task automation and decision-making workflows
• Develop pipelines for data ingestion, embedding, indexing, and retrieval
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into scalable applications
• Optimize prompts, context handling, and model performance
• Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI use cases
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems
• Stay updated with latest advancements in Generative AI

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks
• Expertise in RAG architectures (retrieval, embeddings, vector search)
• Experience building Agent-based workflows / multi-agent systems
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and system design
• Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns
