Job Title\: GenAI Engineer

Job Description\:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GenAI and Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms. This role requires proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like AgenticAI, LangChan, TensorFlow, etc.

Key Responsibilities\:

· Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex problems.

· Develop and optimize GenerativeAI models and algorithms for various applications.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high performance and accuracy.

· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, Agentic AI and Generative AI.

· Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.

· Document and present research findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and scalability.

Requirements\:

· Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3+ years of related experience.

· Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts and techniques.

· Experience in implementing LLMs and Generative AI models, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG); and Agent based Architecture (AgenticAI).

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

· Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, particularly LangChan, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras etc.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Knowledge of Power BI and PowerAutomate would be a Plus.

· Proficiency in database design and management.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
