The impact you will create:
- You support the team in implementing innovative AI products, such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) with Large Language Models.
- You deploy advanced Large Language Models to make complex problems look simple.
- You develop new use cases in collaboration with the business departments of the Schwarz Group, including Kaufland, Lidl, PreZero, Production, and Digits.
Experience and skills you will need:
- You hold a Bachelor's & Master's degree (m/f/d) and are looking for a challenging role in the field of Generative AI as an AI Engineer.
- You enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your tasks.
- You already possess advanced knowledge of Python.
- Experience in the field of containerization and orchestration of applications.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as LangGraph or ADK.
- Experience in building Generative AI applications.
- Experience in building and maintaining robust data pipelines for AI systems.
- You can quickly adapt to diverse challenges while always keeping a simple and sustainable solution in mind.
- You act as a customer-facing engineer and are ready to collaborate efficiently with internal stakeholders.
- You possess a strong product mindset, can quickly understand the challenges of our business departments, and always focus on simple, sustainable, and value-driven solutions.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with PydanticAI
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with rapid prototyping
- Experience with MongoDB, Qdrant, and PostgreSQL
