Gen AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Gemini Enterprise to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP techniques.

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines to enable accurate, context-aware responses using enterprise data.

- Work with Gemini Enterprise to develop and integrate AI-powered enterprise solutions.

- Leverage GCP services to build, deploy, and manage AI/ML applications.

- Develop and integrate LLM-based applications, conversational AI solutions, and intelligent assistants.

- Implement prompt engineering, context management, embeddings, and vector search techniques to improve AI response quality.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.

- Evaluate and optimize AI models and applications for accuracy, latency, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

- Apply best practices for responsible AI, data privacy, access control, and governance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technical domains.

- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development.

- Practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

- Strong understanding of LLMs and NLP concepts, including prompt engineering and text processing.

- Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise.

- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Understanding of model integration, API development, and production deployment practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
