ey Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale RAG architectures.
- Develop integrations with Microsoft Graph Search, SharePoint Online, and enterprise identity platforms.
- Build secure retrieval pipelines with ACL-aware and role-based access controls.
- Design metadata & classification frameworks to improve retrieval relevance.
- Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, reranking, and retrieval workflows.
- Optimize answer grounding, citation generation, and response quality.
- Integrate AI capabilities with workflow orchestration platforms.
- Create evaluation frameworks for retrieval accuracy, security compliance, and hallucination detection.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, Azure AD / Entra ID
- Experience with Vector Databases (Weaviate, Azure AI Search, etc.)
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Access Tokens, ID Tokens, RBAC, and Security Trimming
- Experience building document ingestion and search pipelines
- Strong programming skills in Python, javascript and REST APIs
- Thorough understanding of workflow automation tools n8n.
