Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Lead with 8+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. This role focuses on creating robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, scalable AI agents, and high-performance vector database integrations to power intelligent applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and cloud engineers to deliver production-ready AI services that are efficient, reliable, and secure.

Note: This will be a hands-on technical lead role leading a team of GenAI engineers delivering projects that will reach C-suite leaders and are put into production to serve consumers / merchants of the global FinTech client. Ideal candidate is the one strong with Python, GenAI and Cloud (AWS Preferred, but any cloud experience is accepted).

Implement chunking and embedding strategies to improve document retrieval and context management.
Orchestrate AI agents using LangChain or LangGraph, including MCP-based deployment.
Integrate and manage vector databases for fast, scalable semantic search.
Apply prompt-engineering techniques to enhance LLM performance and reliability.
Utilize Git/GitLab for version control and CI/CD workflows.
Develop and deploy solutions on AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, S3, and EventBridge.
Work cross-functionally with cloud, product, and engineering teams to ensure best practices for scalability and security.SkillsBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Hands-on experience with Git/GitLab and AWS cloud services (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EventBridge).
Proficiency in vector databases and semantic search architectures.
Expertise in prompt engineering and performance optimization of LLMs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
