Gen AI Trainer - Finance
We are looking for a passionate and industry‑experienced AI Trainer for Finance to deliver engaging, applied training programmes for adult learners. The ideal candidate brings together strong finance expertise, hands‑on use of AI tools, and excellent adult facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver WSQ and competency‑based training in finance, business analytics, and AI‑enabled financial applications
Facilitate both in‑person and online training sessions using learner‑centred methodologies
Apply real‑world finance scenarios, case studies, and hands‑on activities to enhance learner outcomes
Guide learners in the practical use of AI tools for finance applications, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and compliance
Support learner engagement, assessment, and achievement of course learning outcomes
Teaching Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in adult education or finance‑related training
Proven track record in delivering WSQ or competency‑based programmes
Experience conducting classroom and virtual training
Demonstrated ability to engage adult learners and achieve positive course feedback and satisfaction ratings
Industry Expertise
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics
Strong understanding of finance processes such as:
Procurement
Reconciliation
Financial reporting
Financial analysis
Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, or similar tools for:
Process automation
Financial insights
Productivity improvement
Ability to assess and validate AI‑generated outputs, with awareness of:
Data quality
Accuracy and reliability
Compliance and governance considerations
Qualifications
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
ACTA or ACLP certification
Advantageous:
Professional finance credentials (e.g. CPA, CFA)
Certifications in AI, data analytics, or digital finance
Recognised credentials in data analytics, prompt engineering, or AI‑enabled financial modelling
Evidence of ongoing professional development in digital transformation and emerging finance technologies
