GenAI - Azure AI Senior Solution Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Engage senior business technical and functional stakeholders to assess AI readiness develop AI adoption roadmaps establish reusable platform capabilities and align AI architecture with enterprise data strategy
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI foundation capabilities including
o AIReady Data Layer
o Embedding Vector Stores
o Ground Truth Management
o Prompt Engineering Frameworks
o Model Registry Versioning
o Knowledge Base RAG Architecture
o Semantic Search Frameworks
o MultiAgent Orchestration
o AI Governance Security Compliance Controls
o AI Observability Monitoring
o LLMOps Foundations
Design reusable patterns that can support
o Enterprise AIdriven chatbots
o AIassisted customer KYC onboarding solutions
o AIassisted Credit assessment report generation solutions
Serve as the subject matter expert for Azure native services to drive Agentic AI adoption
Required Experience
10 years of technology consulting architecture or solution delivery experience
5 years designing enterprise cloud platforms
3 years delivering enterprise AI GenAI initiatives
Experience working within a consulting system integration or solution provider organization
Experience delivering technology programs for banks or financial institutions
Handson experience with Azure AI Foundry
Experience managing an onshoreoffshore team to design deliver and execute
Project management experience will be highly advantageous
Experience leading banking organizations towards enterprise wide AI adoption will be preferred
