Summary
Builds and maintains backend services for AI-driven conversational platforms using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Azure, integrating GenAI, RAG, and MCP.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs for AI-driven and conversational platforms
- Build scalable microservices using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot
- Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions using GenAI, ChatGPT, Agentic AI, RAG, and MCP concepts
- Contribute to the development of chatbot and conversational AI solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative customer-facing digital experiences
- Work on cloud-native application development using Azure Cloud technologies
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable backend solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution implementation
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code through best development practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to AI-driven product development
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in backend development using Java and Kotlin
- Strong hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Experience working with AI and GenAI technologies including ChatGPT, Agentic AI, RAG, and MCP
- Experience developing conversational AI platforms or chatbot solutions
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration patterns
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Innovative mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and explore emerging technologies
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and fast‑paced development environments
