We are looking for an accomplished GenAI Business Strategy & Transformation Leader for one of our prestigious global financial services clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level GenAI initiatives, technology transformation, and business strategy to drive organization-wide AI adoption, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience & Leadership:

- 15+ years of overall professional experience, with significant exposure to GenAI initiatives and enterprise technology transformation.

- Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide GenAI adoption and change management.

- Experience in scaling AI initiatives from pilot programs to production-ready solutions.

2. GenAI & Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), modern data platforms, and machine learning systems.

- Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions.

- Experience in evaluating AI use cases and driving adoption across business functions.

3. Financial Services Domain Expertise:

- Experience in financial services, capital markets, hedge funds, investment management, or related domains will be a strong advantage.

- Understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, data governance, and AI risk management practices.

- Ability to navigate the complexities of AI adoption within a highly regulated business environment.

4. Strategic Execution & Business Impact:

- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.

- Ability to translate business priorities into actionable GenAI transformation initiatives.

- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration.

- A demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business value through AI adoption.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.

- Education: B.Tech or MBA from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

- Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram. Professionals currently based overseas and willing to relocate or return to India are also encouraged to apply.
