GenAI Engineer

Project description

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Engineer to design and develop scalable, production-grade AI-enabled applications and backend services. The role combines strong Python engineering with hands-on Generative AI, LLM integrations, agentic solutions, MCP, and modern AI development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend and GenAI applications using Python, FastAPI, and FastMCP. Build and integrate solutions leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude. Develop AI agents, plugins, skills, and MCP-based services. Implement RAG pipelines, vector search, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration. Own solutions across the full lifecycle, including development, deployment, monitoring, observability, and diagnostics. Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and delivery.

SKILLS

Must have

• trong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, and FastMCP, including building scalable, production-grade APIs and end-to-end applications. Proven experience developing GenAI solutions and integrating LLMs, including OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude. Practical experience building AI agents, plugins, skills, MCP servers, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and vector database integrations. Ability to use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, and VS Code effectively throughout the development lifecycle. Nice-to-Have Skills Description Experience with Pinecone, Milvus, LangChain, or similar vector databases and LLM orchestration frameworks. Knowledge of advanced agentic AI architectures, multi-agent workflows, LLM observability and diagnostics, evaluation frameworks, and production monitoring of GenAI applications.
