GenAI Java Full Stack Architect / Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Java Full Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions powered by Generative AI. In this role, you will bridge traditional backend Java microservices and modern frontend architectures with state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end full-stack applications integrating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise Java ecosystems.
• Build high-performance backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot, integrating modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain4j, Spring AI, LlamaIndex).
• Lead the frontend design (React, Angular, or TypeScript) to create intuitive, responsive interfaces for AI-driven applications.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma, pgvector).
• Orchestrate LLM integrations, API connections, and cloud AI infrastructure across platforms like AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, or Claude.
• Establish engineering best practices, prompt engineering workflows, model fine-tuning strategies, and code quality standards across the full-stack team.
