- Advise leadership with recommendations and trade off plans
- Architect enterprise platform capabilities for agents and workflows
- Assess GenAI advancements and drive secure compliant platform upgrades
- Define performance metrics and service level objectives
- Drive platform adoption with reference implementations and onboarding
- Enable developer access with APIs SDKs and documentation
- Implement observability with logs, metrics, traces
- Manage delivery scope risks dependencies and milestones
- Partner with stakeholders to build generative AI agent platform
- Run evaluations and tune reliability accuracy latency and cost
