GenAI & Python Specialist - Operate (Future Opportunity)
Description
Summary
Deloitte passively is seeking an experienced GenAI & Python Specialist to join our dynamic Operate team on a 1‑year fixed term employment basis. In this role, you will design, build, and scale Generative AI solutions using Python‑based frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
What will your typical day look like?
You will be responsible for strong Python development for Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic systems, including the design and implementation of Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, and MCP. You will develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems and design agentic solutions that support complex business workflows.
You will design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including advanced RAG techniques, and integrate and manage vector databases to support retrieval workflows. You will also build memory capabilities for AI agents, including short-term and long-term memory, persistence, and conversational checkpoints.
You will work with AI and GenAI models, including Gemini and Claude 4.5 on Vertex AI, to develop business-focused co-pilots, including solutions for Risk Analysts. You will support business process optimization using GenAI and incorporate Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities where required.
You will contribute to CTO-led AI tools and frameworks, including Agent Flow for observability, drift monitoring, and feedback loops, as well as ML Flow for model evaluation and drift detection. This will include managing sourcing test results, truth tables, and evaluations, and integrating Agent Flow capabilities into existing projects.
You will develop domain-specific GenAI solutions for Data and Regulatory Operations (DRO), including QA validation and KYC document processing, systematic capture and validation of required fields, automated document checking, and record retrieval and comparison across DNC, ANC, and SMC.
