We are seeking an experienced and innovative GenAI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, and advanced machine learning techniques.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable AI infrastructures, optimizing ML pipelines for production environments, and driving AI innovation across business operations. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, strategic vision, and collaboration skills to deliver impactful AI solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent systems that improve operational efficiency, enhance compliance and fraud detection capabilities, and support enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and machine learning solutions.
Build and maintain Agentic AI systems, MCP models, and context protocols.
Develop and maintain microservices-based AI architectures.
Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
Implement RAG, Graph RAG, and Agent-based AI solutions.
Build ML models to detect fraud, compliance risks, and financial crimes.
Develop AI-powered synthetic data generation solutions to improve model training and accuracy.
Optimize ML pipelines and deploy scalable systems capable of processing large-scale transaction data.
Improve operational efficiency through AI-driven compliance and monitoring tools.
Perform hyperparameter tuning and model optimization to improve precision and recall.
Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluation for AI and ML systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Write production-grade, scalable, and maintainable Python code following PEP8 standards.
Document AI architectures, workflows, and technical implementations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Graph RAG
- AI Agents and Agentic AI systems
- MCP models and context protocols
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience with open-source LLMs such as Llama, Gemma, and Mistral.
- Experience with closed-source LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
- Strong expertise in Python programming for AI/ML development.
- Experience with prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and LLM fine-tuning techniques such as:
- PEFT
- LoRA
- QLoRA
- PEFT
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques including:
- Intent recognition
- Entity extraction
- Language modeling
- Text classification
- Question answering
- Text summarization
- Topic modeling
- Intent recognition
- Experience with Generative Models such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
- Experience building and deploying scalable ML pipelines and production-grade AI systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
