GenAI Test Automation Engineer
Role Descriptions:
• Gen AI Testing Pioneer: Lead the integration of Gen AI into all phases of testing from automated test case generation and synthetic data creation to intelligent bug analysis.
• Shift-Left Engineering: Work side-by-side with developers to automate everything. You will architect robust test suites that run within high-frequency CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure & Simulation: Leverage cloud-based testing platforms and service virtualization to enable testing in isolated, high-scale environments.
• Drive Automation: Design and implement CI/CD pipeline enhancements through agent integration to increase deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate: Work within an Agile squad of technical and business partners.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Core Quality Engineering Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Quality Engineering and Automation.
• Multi-Platform Testing: Proven expertise in Web (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress), API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
• Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git branching and merging strategies.
The Modern AI & Tools Edge
• Gen AI in QE: Proven experience leveraging Gen AI (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or specialized QA agents) for test script generation, maintenance, and edge-case discovery.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
• Agentic AI for QE: Familiarity with building or using autonomous agents for self-healing test suites or exploratory testing.
